Cast iron is much easier to clean and maintain than a non-stick surface. If you’re using an electric skillet, make sure you turn it off when you are done cooking. Serve with the sauce. For a more flavorful sauce you could use barbecue sauces, such as Barbecue Sauce or BBQ Chicken Sauce, or a combination of both. Another great way is to use BBQ Rub. Just rub the outside of your pork with this rub. Some people like to rub it all over the inside of their pork. And if they do, let them do so. Rubbing the exterior of pork is always a nice touch. Once you’ve finished cooking your shoulder, remove it from the skillet and let it cool down completely. When it comes time to cut it up, put it back in again and continue cooking it for another 5 minutes. Finally, take it out of oil and transfer it to paper towels to drain. Now you have a delicious, tender, juicy, tasty pork chop. Make sure to rinse the pan well after cooking to remove any grease. Also, keep in mind that the fat in frying pans is really unhealthy. So, avoid using them for frying. Instead, try using cast irons for sauteing. That way, no oil is needed. Even if your skillet is non stick, once you start cooking,the fat will burn and you will have bad fats. To avoid this, use nonstick pans.
