The fruit of the spirit is a better term to describe the actual fruit that the scriptures refer to. Most often used to refer to the physical fruit of the spirit, it is better used to refer to the fruit that come from the spirit. It refers to the various gifts of the spirit that we are saved to receive. The fruit is in many ways more important than the body of Christ. It is by the fruit of the spirit that we can be compared to one another.
What is the fruit of the Spirit?
The fruit of the Spirit is a Biblical term for the virtues of the Holy Spirit. It includes but is not limited to the following: The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Those who are in Christ live by the Spirit and He gives them the fruit of the Spirit which He says is the proof that they are in the Spirit. (1 Corinthians 13:1-13)
Discernment
Discernment, or discernment, is the ability to see or recognize between truth and falsehood. The Bible describes God as being a person who is “filled with compassion”. This means that he can be expected to distinguish truth from falsehood, so that he will be able to help people to find truth and avoid falsehood. The Bible also describes God as having a “discernment of spirits”. This means that God is able to distinguish between good and evil, so that he can be expected to help people to avoid evil and pursue good.
Joy
There are six different qualities or “fruit” of the spirit that God created for us. These are joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness and faithfulness. When we abide in Christ, we are united to Him through his death and resurrection. As believers we are given the Holy Spirit, and we are filled with the fruit of the spirit. This means that we will not be restless, but instead we will be filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit. As believers we will live by the Spirit and not by the flesh. We will also have peace, understanding, faithfulness, kindess and goodness. Because we are born again, we have the ability to live this way. We will be able to live peacefully, with joy and hope.
Love
God has a word for love. It is called Agape, and is translated as “unselfish love”. It is the highest form of love, and is the first fruit of the spirit, or the first Christian virtue. It is a Christian virtue that is meant to be used in everyday life. If you are wondering how to do this, think about the people you love and what you would do for them. This is how you can show love to God, because love is what God loves.
Patience
Patience is a fruit of the Spirit that was given to us to have fruit that we may see the good and the true. This is a spiritual character trait. This character trait means that when you are surrounded by trials and tribulations, you are able to bear them because of your life in Christ. Your patience will be rewarded.<|endoftext|> FILED
