How to Make Beef Stroganoff
[Ingredients]: 1 lb Beef

[Ingredients]: 1/2 tsp turmeric

[Ingredients]: 2 green chili peppers
[Ingredients]: 2 tomatoes

[Instructions]: In a pan, cook onions with a little oil till tender and golden brown. Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped red chili peppers and saute for a minute or so. Add turmeric, coriander, ginger, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, ginger, turmeric, paprika, and half a cup of stock. Mix well and let it cook for a minute or so.
