There are also a few ways to enjoy branzini: you can eat it in a salad or you can use it in a stir-fry or as a dipping sauce. If you enjoy branzini as a salad dressing, you can add a little bit of olive oil and red wine vinegar. How to Make branzini

Are you looking for a way to make branzini? branzini is a Sicilian dish and is made by cooking and then mincing a calf’s head. To make branzini, you’ll need about 12 pounds of calf’s head and 2 cups of olive oil. To start, place the head into a pot and pour 2 cups of water in the pot. You’ll want to bring the water to a boil. When it starts boiling, remove the pot from the heat. Add the olive oil to the pot and stir to combine. Let the head cook for 2 hours. The head will start to dissolve and you’ll start to smell the meat. After 2 hours, put the head in a bowl and pour about 2 cups of cold water over the head. Leave the head in the cold water for 1 hour. When the hour is up, use a fork to remove the head from the water and pat it dry with a towel. With your hands, remove the meat from the head. Begin to shave the meat. Cut along the bone to remove the meat, then remove the outer skin. Gently pull the meat from the bone. Dice the meat and set it aside. Chop the bone and pour it into a food processor. Pulse the bone in the food processor for about 10 seconds. Scrape the sides of the food processor and repeat for about 5 seconds. Remove the bone from the food processor and set it aside.
