Origins of barbocao
The word “barbocao” is an African word meaning “dirty smoke”. The introduction of cigarettes into Africa is widely thought to have come from Portugal and began in the late 17th century, and later spread to Brazil. The use of the word “barbocao” in the Angolan dialect of Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of the Congo) first came about after the importation of Marlboros. The use of the term “barbocao” in Angola is thought to have been inspired by the Portuguese word for the foreign cigarettes.
How to make it?
Getting started to make the great food of Barbados. You will need:

* Green beans
* Papaya
* Coconut milk
* Dark rum
* Jamaican rum
* Bread
* Butter
* Cheese
* Sweet papaya

* Olive oil

How To Make it:
• Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend it well.
• Transfer it into a dish and spread it on a baking sheet.
• Put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
