Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. When the mixture is cold, add the cumin, water, flour and water. Mix well. Add the cheddar cheese and mix until well combined. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. In a large skillet add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add the meat mixture and bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through. Top the meat with the shredded lettuce, taco seasoning and sprinkle the white cheddar cheese on top.
