Control Other Tools Using Weld

Welder is a tool used to control other tools in the design space. When I open a project, I can create a blank layer, then add other files such as files, symbols, text boxes, images, and more. I can place these objects and design the project without any actual design tools. I can use the welder tool to place these objects by dragging and dropping them into the design space. I can also manipulate these objects by selecting them and moving them within the design space. To place the objects, I select the weld tool on the toolbox and then click and drag. Once the weld tool is released, it is placed within the design space. To delete an object, I select the tool on the toolbox and then click on the object. I can select a range of objects with the welder. If I double click on the tool, it will select the entire range of objects.
