For example, a recurring sensation of feeling nauseous could be a sign of needing to be checked by a doctor. That feeling may not be specific to you, but can be a sign of a possible health condition. When you feel nauseous, this could be the first warning sign of a problem.

When the flu is accompanied by vomiting, it is referred to as acute gastroenteritis. Other symptoms of the flu include headaches, fatigue, sore throat, and muscle aches. Try to stick to a healthy diet, or at least something that won’t make you feel uncomfortable.
