One way to find your hourly rate is to take your hourly wage and multiply it by 1.5. For example, if you are paid $12 an hour, then your regular rate is $15.00 an hour.

In the past, some employers may have required their employees to have a Social Security card. However, this is no longer the case. The Social Security card is now just a government issued card that can be used to get a number. This number is then used to get a drivers license. A Social Security card is not mandatory. Burger King hired a group of 20-something graduates to work at a store in 2013, and Tim Horton’s has been using younger workers for years.
