Making Pasta

pasta is one of my favorite things to eat. I grew up eating a lot of it and it’s something that I just couldn’t live without. Since it’s so easy to make, everyone in my family loves to make pasta and we’re usually in the kitchen together making a meal out of it. My favorite to make is a vegetarian version of the typical Tuscan style pasta. To create this recipe you’ll need spaghetti, pasta sauce, pine nuts, basil, garlic, olive oil and a nice glass of red wine. Mix all of these ingredients together in a large pot, then cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. If you prefer, you can also use lentils, quinoa, beans or brown rice. The only thing that I recommend not using in this recipe is crumbled feta cheese. Topping it off with a glass of red wine and eating it while sitting on the back porch is my favorite way to enjoy a meal.
