The open-faced sandwich is made with leftover turkey, leftover gravy and leftover peas. Throw in some fresh herbs (if you have them!) and you’ll sit down to a satisfying turkey sandwich. 

Serve this hearty sandwich recipe for lunch or dinner with a salad. If you don’t like peas, leave them off. You could add a layer of leftover cranberry sauce, too, for a bite of tartness. Delish!

  • leftover turkey, sliced 
  • leftover gravy, warmed

  3. Ladle on some warm gravy.
  4. Top with another slice of bread and more gravy. 
  5. Sprinkle with fresh peas or herbs, if desired.
