The Best Baked Whole Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
• 8 chicken drumsticks (about 2 pounds)
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup soy sauce (heated)
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2-3 tablespoons of flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon sage
• 1/2 teaspoon thyme
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• 1/4 cup beef broth
• 2 cups peanut butter
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon butter
• 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, place the chicken and mix well.
3. Add soy sauce, soy sauce heated, cider vinegar, and butter and mix well.
4. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
5. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Let sit for about 10 minutes.

I love preparing baked chicken for my family. It’s a great meal to prepare. Plus, it’s very easy to prepare. Simply bake the chicken in the oven. It’s much easier than preparing a typical roast chicken.
How to Make Chicken Stock?
Chopping up a whole chicken and simmering it in water is the best way to make a great chicken stock. When making a stock, don’t worry about the flavor too much. As the stock boils, the flavors will begin to develop in the right way. Depending on the recipe, you may want to strain the chicken stock. This will remove some of the nutrients from the stock. However, this is a good way to remove some of the fat, which can make the stock cloudy. Alternatively, you can just use some of the cooking juices from the chicken to make the stock.
