Ingredients

Ingredients: 12 large eggs, room temperature
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar, divided
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped raw sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Beat eggs with a mixer until light yellow and frothy.
3. Stir in butter and 2/3 cup of sugar, stirring until well combined.
4. Stir in vanilla and next five ingredients.
5. Pour mixture into greased, unbaked pie crust.
6. Bake at 400°F for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Let pie cool at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
8. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup sugar over top.
9. Serve with a scoop of ice cream and a spoon.

Ingredients: 1 loaf of bread 1 bag of pecans 1 jar of cinnamon sugar sauce 1 jar of pecan pieces 1 jar of honey Instructions: 1. Cut the bread in half and place in a small baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 2. Remove the bread from the oven and let cool. 3. Meanwhile, combine pecans, cinnamon and honey in a large bowl and toss to coat well. 4. Spread the pecan mixture over the top of the bread and return to the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly golden. 5. Slice into wedges and serve warm. Recipe yields approximately 20 servings.

Sugar Cinnamon Pecan Walnut Cookies 5 cups all purpose flour 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup shortening 2 eggs 1 cup pecans and walnuts 3/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup pecan halves 2 tablespoons butter softened 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper Bake for 12-15 minutes, remove from oven and cool completely. In the meantime, prepare syrup by combining brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, cinnamon, and vanilla in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until butter is melted and mix together, add salt. Remove from heat, add pecans and walnuts and mix until well combined. Add pecan halves to cookie dough and mix well.
