Fresh Fruit

A fresh fruit is the best option for you! The freshness of the fruit is what makes it so important. While it’s best to go for a local farmer’s market, you can also find the freshest fruits by looking for produce that is on sale. Fresh fruit is also an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants, and other nutrients. As mentioned above, strawberries are one of the best options. They contain a huge amount of vitamin C and are also rich in antioxidants. Green apples are another excellent option. They contain a lot of fiber, as well as antioxidants. For those that like a more extreme treat, there are also some berries that are worth noting. These include blueberries, raspberries, and cranberries. They all contain a lot of antioxidants and are a great option to help promote good health.

About the recipe

This strawberry shortcake recipe is perfect for a summer picnic or BBQ. It takes a few hours to make, but is fairly easy and inexpensive to make. The ingredients you need include whole milk, strawberries, cream cheese, and sugar. To make the shortcake, you need to start by creaming the cream cheese. First, you must blend the cream cheese and sugar in the bowl of your mixer. Then, you must beat that mixture in a second bowl. Once you have creamed the cream cheese, you must beat in the cream. Then, you must fold in the strawberries and spoon the mixture into your baking dish. Finally, you must bake it for an hour at 350F. The whole process takes a few hours and there are quite a few steps. But the end result is delicious, fluffy, and a great summer treat. This is a simple but tasty recipe.
