I love making homemade cookies with my kids, and these Snowball Pecan Cookies are hands down the easiest cookie recipe I’ve ever made. It takes all of 10 minutes to make them, and they’re so moist and delicious, I have to make sure that everyone in my family gets a piece.

Snowballs are a festive, sweet, and delicious treat to make! We start by creating a cookie dough batter by mixing butter and sugar together. Next, we incorporate chopped pecans into the dough, roll it into balls, and pop them into the freezer. Once you have finished making these cookies, you can put them in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. They are then ready to be served.
What Are Pecan Snows?
Pecan Snows are incredibly delicious and they’re totally portable. They’re perfect for anytime, anywhere! The ingredients for these cookies are eggs, butter, brown sugar, flour, pecans, pecan halves and cocoa. They’re rolled into balls and baked until they’re crispy. They’re also soft on the inside, which makes them perfect for dipping in milk or ice cream. You can make these with walnuts or almonds, or whatever nuts you prefer.
