• 1 can wild-caught fresh salmon
• 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup of olive oil
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
Place a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Pour the vegetable oil and olive oil in the pan and, when hot, add the salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes on one side. Flip the salmon and cover the skillet or pan. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 4 hours. Remove the salmon from the skillet and serve.
