How To Make a Whole Chicken Platter

For my whole chicken platter, I made a creamy guacamole and a bread salad. Both of these ingredients are a great way to add variety to your meal. I put a few slices of butter lettuce on top and topped it all off with a dollop of mayo and a sprinkling of fresh chives.

How To Roast a Whole Chicken

First, choose a type of oven that you like. This may be a fan-forced oven, convection oven, or the type that has an integrated oven. The size of the oven also matters. You’ll want a large oven if you’re roasting a whole chicken. You can also find roasting pans that attach to the oven.
