After that, heat the pan up until the pan is really hot. Then, you want to lay the potatoes in the pan in such a way that they are nice and flat. After that, lay the pan into the oven and bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes. Now, if you don’t want the potatoes to brown, you can cover them with aluminum foil during the baking process. However, if you want to make them extra crispy, you want to remove the foil for the last five minutes of the baking time. Now, the last thing you want to do is flip the potatoes over and flip them again once they are out of the oven. Now, you want to pat them down to ensure they are super crispy. This is when you will hear the tingling of the potatoes. When you’re done, you can use them right away, or you can let them cool down for a bit.
