However, it is best to avoid fried foods, as they are high in saturated fat and have been linked to heart disease.
Know the difference between the grains

Fiber is important because it helps to prevent constipation and it also lowers your cholesterol and can help control blood sugar levels. Eating five servings a day also gives you the vitamin and mineral content you need for a healthy body. You should also try to eat plenty of whole grain bread and cereals, wholegrains and beans to boost your nutrition and give you energy.
