Ingredients
500 gr of leg fillet pig
100 gr of asparagus
50 gr of paprika julienned
50 gr of julienned mango
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Add salt and pepper to the leg steak.
2. Then stuff the leg with the vegetables.
3. Roll up with aluminum foil and take to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
4. Serve with plum sauce and fresh salad.
