In this recipe you will need one cup of smooth peanut butter, one cup of hot caramel, one cup of crushed pecans, one cup of powdered sugar, and one cup of vanilla ice cream. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until the peanuts are completely covered. Once the peanuts are covered with the caramel, and a nice crumbly peanut butter consistency has formed, pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle the crushed pecans and powdered sugar on top. Freeze the dough for 30 minutes, and then cut into bars.
