How To Make Chicken Salad
For this recipe, I will use 2 large, boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
[Steps]: Heat up a skillet on medium high heat. Remove the chicken breasts from the package and discard any packaging. Place the chicken breasts into the hot skillet and let them cook for 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a cutting board. Once the chicken has cooled slightly, use a knife to cut it into bite-size pieces.
[Steps]: Add the tomatoes to the skillet and let them heat for about 1-2 minutes.
[Steps]: Drain the oil from the tomatoes and place the tomatoes in a large mixing bowl.
[Steps]: Add the chicken to the mixing bowl, along with the celery and mayonnaise.
[Steps]: Add the chicken salad to a sandwich bag and use your hands to mix everything together well. I prefer to use 2 bags so the chicken mixture doesn’t get too moist. Once it’s mixed well, shape it into a roll and refrigerate it until you’re ready to use it.
