Benefits of Pullups vs Pulldowns

For many years, pullups were the go-to exercise for biceps and triceps. But pullups can be quite difficult to perform and get more difficult the harder you try to perform them. That’s why people switched to pulldowns. Pulldowns are much easier to perform, and that makes it easier to target your biceps and triceps. Additionally, they work the upper body a bit more than pullups, especially if you put more weight on the bar. This can make it easier to get a stronger, more defined upper body.

How to Make Pulldowns

The lat pulldown is a exercise that strengthens the upper back, latissimus dorsi and posterior deltoid muscles. It is a compound exercise that requires the use of both the core and the upper back muscles. This exercise is also one of the best exercises for the shoulder muscles. An important point to remember about this exercise is that it is usually not necessary to use a weight. You can simply use your own body weight. If the lat pulldown is done correctly, you’ll know that your muscles will start to burn.
