How to use plantain
You can use a white or green plantain. First, peel the plantain and cut it into small slices. Put the slices into a pot, cover them with water, and boil them for about 10 minutes. Once the plantain is tender, strain them and reserve the cooking water. Then chop the plantain and set aside. In a blender, combine the plantain, cream, milk, garlic, and oregano. Blend the mixture well and set aside.
