Ingredients
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
1 large banana
1½ cups dates
2 Tablespoons agave syrup
2 Tablespoons butter
½ cup crushed peanuts
Mix all ingredients together, pour into 9” pie pan and press into the pie pan to form a crust.
Top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Add one cup each of unsalted, roasted peanuts and creamy natural peanut butter to the bowl of a food processor. While the food processor is running, add one cup of soft coconut milk and one tablespoon of vanilla. The mixture will form a ball. If necessary, finish mixing the mixture with a fork.
