Ingredients:
sweet potatoes 2 large
peanut butter 1/2 cup
vanilla 1/4 cup
oil 1/2 cup
cinnamon to taste
Directions:
1. Grease the baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Pour oil and vanilla in the baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Place the sweet potatoes on the pan.
4. Top with peanut butter.
5. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
6. Put the sweet potatoes in the fridge for a few hours.

1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup coconut oil
