400 grams of panettone
5 eggs
50ml milk
Cinnamon powder
Vanilla extract
100g erythritol
Elaboration
Put the crumbled panettone on a baking tray.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and add cinnamon powder, erythritol and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the mixture to the pan with the panettone.
With the help of a spatula, make sure that all the panettone is well impregnated.
We cook it in the oven in a bain-marie for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once it is ready you can decorate it with your favorite cream or sauce for desserts.
