The only thing I know about Mexico is that it is the home of the guacamole. And, I did not like it. Of course, the good folks over in California think it is the perfect marriage of avocados and tomatoes; and they are right. This is a great side dish to go with a variety of meats and seafood. I’ve been making this recipe since high school. I added my own little tweaks to make it slightly healthier for the new you.

What You Need

You will need: ground turkey, white onion, green onion, egg, salt, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, cilantro, ranch seasoning, black pepper, bread cubes, butter, mayonnaise, white flour, milk, and of course, a mix of corn flakes, oyster crackers, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. In the morning, take the bowl of stuffing and serve it in a bowl with a dinner plate.
