To make this cake, you will need the following: 1 3/4 cups white sugar 2 cups milk 3/4 cups heavy cream 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/2 cup milk 1 cup whole milk 1 14 ounce can condensed milk 1 cup condensed milk 1/2 cup egg yolk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/4 cups cake flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup butter, softened 3 eggs 1 1/4 cups brown sugar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup mini marshmallows To start making the cake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the oven has reached the proper temperature, sprinkle the baking powder and the baking soda over the surface. Pour the milk and the egg yolk into the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix on high until the batter is smooth. Next, add the vanilla extract and the butter and mix on high until completely combined.
