Rinse the package of tofu and place in a sink of warm water. 2. Drain and place in a strainer or colander to dry. 3. Open the package of tofu and drain the liquid from the inside. 4. Cut the tofu into triangles. 5. Grill the tofu on a medium heat. Grilling time should be roughly two minutes. 6. Take the tofu and fry in a pan of olive oil for one minute. 7. Add the rest of the ingredients. Continue to cook on medium heat. Chicken Broth: 1. Pour the can of chicken broth into a saucepan. 2. Turn the stove on medium heat and bring the broth to a boil. 3. Once it is boiling, turn the heat down to low. 4. Cook the broth for about 30 minutes. 5. Set aside to cool. 6. When it has cooled, the broth can be stored in a closed container and kept in the fridge. Tomato Ketchup: 1. Open the can of tomato ketchup. 2. Pour the contents into a saucepan. 3. First, you’ll need some boneless chicken thighs. Put the thighs in a large bowl. Cover them with hot water and add about 1 teaspoon of salt. Let the chicken sit for 30 minutes. Drain the water. Rinse the chicken thighs in cold water. Pour the water out and cover the chicken with boiling water. Turn the heat to high and cook the chicken for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Drain the chicken and remove it from the pot. Allow the chicken to cool for 15 minutes. Remove the chicken from the bones and set the meat aside. When the chicken is cool enough to handle, remove the meat from the bones. Take the meat and cut it into 1″ cubes. Put the chicken cubes into a pot.
