Most of the people who I’ve asked about healthy eating habits and their answers usually tell me they would like to eat more vegetables. When I ask them what vegetable they like the most, the answer most often is “Beet”. I personally love beets too but have to admit I don’t eat them often enough. But in the whole universe beets are the only vegetable you can have without any pre-requisite of any kind. It’s just BEETS! Let’s focus on the positive aspects of beets.
The food is green and it’s fun to play with and it’s full of vitamins and minerals. You get lots of iron, magnesium, potassium, fiber, riboflavin, thiamine, and vitamin A. So eat beets!
Cabbage, kale, collards, broccoli and chard are also beautiful and tasty vegetables, so pick any of them and enjoy them in an interesting way.
You can have another green vegetable for a side and they can be just as good. Radishes, lettuce, arugula, cauliflower, fennel, and turnips are all good for you.

Hey Guys, Today i will be showing you how to make mexican taco seasoning. This is a traditional mexican spice that is used to season any kind of meat. This spice is also known to be a panacea for health problems. this spice is very simple to make, only 3 ingredients that you need to buy. I will also be showing you how to make the best mexican taco seasoning. Let’s get right into the recipe. First we will start by making the mexican seasoning spice. Take 3-4 cups of ground cumin, chili powder, ground pepper and 2 tsp salt. Put this in a bowl and stir. Next we need to make the tomatillos salsa. For this recipe you will need 6 tomatillos (aka Mexican husks), 1 1/2 cups of water, 1/4 cup lime juice and 1/2 tsp salt. Cut the tomatillos in half and add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Pulse until the tomatillos are very small pieces and you have a chunky sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remember that this is an all natural recipe, so if you want to make it extra spicy then add more chili powder. Now for the recipe.
