Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 2 medium onions (chopped) 1/2 bunch of green onions (chopped) 1 can of tomato sauce 1 can of diced tomatoes 1 can of chili powder 1/2 can of tomatoes diced (for the broth) 1 can of corn (unwashed) 1 can of mushrooms (unwashed) 2 cans of kidney beans (unwashed) 2 cans of black beans (unwashed) 1 can of chili beans (unwashed) 1 bunch of cilantro (chopped) (Optional: 1 cup of cilantro for garnish) Step 1: Brown the ground beef 1 pound of ground beef. Toss the onions and green onions in the pot along with the browned beef. Cook the beef until the onions and green onions are lightly browned. 2. Cook the beef until it’s mostly cooked 3. Add the tomato sauce and the canned tomatoes, chili powder, tomatoes, corn, and the mushrooms. Mix the ingredients well. 4. Turn the heat to high and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes. 5. Add the kidney beans and black beans, and stir. Let the mixture cook for 15 to 20 minutes. 6. Add the chili beans, let the mixture simmer for 5 more minutes, and let it get thicker. 7. Let the beef mixture cool and store it in a Ziploc bag.
