Tips on Using Canned Pumpkin

Use leftover canned pumpkin as a filling for baked oatmeal or pumpkin muffins, or mix it with plain yogurt to make breakfast parfaits. Mix canned pumpkin with 1-1/2 cups of evaporated milk, 1 cup of regular milk and 2 cups of regular flour, and bake in a greased 8- or 9-inch square baking dish at 400°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
