I love to eat meatloaf. Now I am wondering how to make the best meatloaf ever. Maybe you can help me 🙂 It looks that the internal temp of a meatloaf when done is around 180º F, but the cooked meatloaf should have a flesh temp of about 160º F. The problem is that I want my meatloaf to be done at around 130º F. How can I do this? Thx!
