The fact is, people who follow an active lifestyle live longer. Plus, when you exercise regularly, your body will start to generate energy naturally.

In the past I’ve gained weight really fast on junk food and before i knew it, my body was in the fattest shape that i’ve ever been in. I really disliked it. Because i had no idea why i gained weight so fast, I decided to start changing my lifestyle. I’d read a lot of articles online about how to keep your body lean without actually losing weight and eventually i decided to buy the book, “Live Lean and Never Starve”. I found it to be really helpful, so i decided to do the same lifestyle changes. I ate clean and would stick to eating clean and workout more. My friends would still make comments about how skinny i was. But i would just say, “I’m in the best shape of my life!”

When it comes to healthy eating, the key is in the preparation. Do you prep your food ahead of time and minimize the amount of time you spend in the kitchen? Or do you skip the preparation and just dive in to your food? Studies have shown that you can eat whatever you want and still remain at a healthy weight. You pay for the food, the portion, and the preparation. Preparing food ahead of time can also help you make better food choices. A recent study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that people who have the highest self-control eat the least amount of high fat foods. That’s because they tend to choose healthier options when they have the chance.

do i have a problem with my metabolism?

Sure, there are lots of people out there who say they eat whatever they want and still manage to maintain a normal weight. The truth is, not everyone has a normal metabolism. Some people are simply more efficient at metabolizing food and calories than others. And some people just eat a lot more food than others. So if you’re not overweight but feel like you’re eating more calories than your body really needs, it could be your metabolism is a little less efficient than it could be. Other factors can contribute to someone eating more than they should, including genetics, or a poor diet. But the bottom line is, your metabolism is pretty much set in stone.

diet food, im sure you knew about it before, but i thought it was mainly due to vegetables..

do i need to make any lifestyle changes?

my body image is like the best ever. i eat whatever i want and don’t gain weight! I’ve always been like this. It wasn’t until recently that I started working out and counting calories. I’m on 500 calories a day and never gain weight! I started eating breakfast everyday and stopped having late night snacks.
