If you’re anxious about something, it’s a good idea to make a list of things that might be making you anxious, and rank them in order of how stressful the situation is to you. This can help you to pinpoint the source of your anxiety and find a solution. Next, it can help to understand what is making you anxious. This is important because there are different things that make you anxious, and different ways that you can deal with these things. For example, if you’re anxious about a job interview, then you can deal with this by preparing for the interview, and looking up any questions you might have beforehand. Also, it might help to talk to someone who you trust about your anxiety, and ask them for tips on how to deal with it. Another thing to remember is that even if you find the situation that is making you anxious, it’s important not to over-react and shut down. The more you can stick with your goal, the easier it will be to reach your goal.
