From my experience as a pregnant woman, i ate canned food during my pregnancy. i do realize i should’ve made a healthier choice and i am a fan of fresh produce, but i find it a bit too expensive at the time. so it didn’t feel like a choice. i know my body well and i really didn’t know that canned food was that bad. sure, it was highly acidic which can harm the fetus but i just found out i am lactose intolerant. i guess that’s not as bad as drinking milk. no really it’s not. i have a theory that i was allergic to milk during my pregnancy and so i stopped drinking milk because i had no milk allergy symptoms. if that’s the case, then maybe i was allergic to something else in milk. i still feel like the canned food didn’t have anything to do with me getting into premature labor.
