2. At the beginning of your diet, you should look at how much you weigh relative to the starting point you wrote down at the start of your diet. Do you weigh less or more than your starting point?
3. The next time you weigh in, add up how much you weighed in the last time you weighed in and compare that to the starting point from the day before. This should give you an idea about how much weight you’ve lost. If you’re weighing less than the starting point, you’re losing weight; if you’re weighing more than the starting point, you’re gaining weight.
How to Use the Measuring Device
The measuring device has a resolution of 1g, 0.1g, 0.01g or 0.001g. The smallest unit is the gram. So, if you want to know how much food is in your cup, you simply need to use this device. It is very easy to use. For measuring the quantity of food in the cup, you should put the cup on the scale. Make sure the top of the cup is flat on the scale. When you press the button, the numbers will appear on the screen. The measuring device allows you to measure and compare the weights of different food items.
