What To Use Instead of Butter?

Butter is an ingredient that most people associate with cooking. But, butter has a bad reputation, as many people believe that butter can clog your arteries. However, butter is actually very healthy for you, if you don’t eat too much of it. Butter is an excellent source of fat, which is important for a healthy diet. Also, butter is an excellent source of vitamin K. This can help your body build strong bones and teeth. Butter is also high in the fat-soluble vitamins A and D. These vitamins are important for good vision and muscle function. Butter is also high in protein, which helps keep your body strong. Another advantage of butter is that it doesn’t require any cooking. You can simply heat it up, and eat it as is. But, if you want to make your mashed potatoes even creamier, you can use an alternative ingredient that’s easy to find and inexpensive.
