In this video, I show how to smoke a sirloin steak. After taking the steak out of the refrigerator, I rub it with salt, cover it with foil, and let it rest for 1-2 hours. I then place a steak on a scale, and I weigh it. After I give the steak a wash, I have it cut into half-inch strips. Next, I rub the steak all over with olive oil and place it on a pre-heated grill. I turn on the grill for about 3-4 minutes and then I take the steak off the grill. I let it rest for about 5 minutes and then I slice it into a strip. I garnish my steak with steak sauce and sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on top. Enjoy!
