Tips on Using the Cricut
The Cricut is a family of machines designed to help you create beautiful and unique scrapbook pages and cards. Using the Cricut is simple, and a few little tricks and tricks can make the process even easier. With that in mind, here are some tips to get you started with the Cricut.
The Best Way to Cut Things
I’ve tried many different tools to cut shapes on cricut, and none have really worked well for me. I’ve tried the cutting mats, it takes forever to cut the shapes cleanly and accurately, the blade broke right away, and it doesn’t work well for things like stars. Then there’s the impression tool, which takes forever to set up and is just too inaccurate. So, I’ve been using the stickease and it’s been really successful. It’s easy to set up, the blade holds up for a long time, and it’s accurate. It’s a bit difficult to get it to completely align the way you want, so you need to mess with the settings a bit, but once you get it right it’s great. The stickease is on Amazon for $99 and can be found here.

This way, you can easily make the same kinds of paper from paper craft kits at home. You don’t need any special skills or tools to make your own paper craft kits. And they can be a great way of saving money.
How To Cut Cardboard Into Paper
Ok, first thing you need to do is load your cricut machine, pick out the cartridge you want to use, and adjust your settings. Go into the cartridge settings and adjust the score lines (this is where you decide how thick you want your paper to be), color (choose your background color), and your choice of edge. After you’ve adjusted your settings, hit the ok button. Now it’s time to start cutting. As you’re cutting, press the twine button to start. You’ll have a few different types of settings you can use. So, here are some suggestions. After you’ve cut your paper, go into the paper/tape setting. Use the deck setting to make the cut, and if you want the paper to have a border, use the edge setting. Also, if you want to cut your paper out of a single color piece of cardboard, you can do that too.
