Take your quiche out of refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature. This will ensure your cakes is reheated nicely and evenly. Place your cake on a baking sheet and cover the crust with aluminum foil. Warm the cake in oven for about 15 minutes, depending on how strong your oven is. Once the oven has heated up, take the quicche out and place it in dishwasher safe bowl. Allow the cooked quich to sit for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Then place the washed quice in refrigerator for 30 minutes. After this time, wash the baked quiciht and let it sit again for another 30 minute. Now, rinse the cleaned quicy and put it back in fridge for 5 minutes to cool down. Wash the clean quicio and set it aside. Next, preheat the broiler and heat the oil in pan. Add the onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and saute for 1 minute, add the chicken stock and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to bowl and add cream cheese and mix well. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the top of your cooked chicken. Broil for 2 minutes on medium heat, until the cheese has melted. Serve with rice or noodles. You can add some fresh herbs to taste.

Each serving contains: 1/2 cup pie filling, 1 cup créme Fraîch, 2 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons butter, pinch of salt, dash of pepper, 6 tablespoons cream, 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream paraphrased:1/4 cup pastry cream3/8 cup sugar3 tablespoons melted butter1 tablespoon flour1 teaspoon salt1 large egg1 cup heavy cream1 1 1 2 cups pie fillings (or substitute) *If you want to use only 1 piecrust, omit the cream and heavy whipped cream ingredients. Instead, add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon sugar to make a pastry crust. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before filling the tart. Makes 2 servings Note: You may substitute 1 pound cream for 1 half cup of heavy whip cream or 1 pint of whole milk for ½ cup. Also, you may use 1 stick butter for every 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar. I usually use 2 sticks butter per 1 ½ cups powdered white sugar; however, I prefer to save this amount for another recipe. So, if using 1½ sticks of butter instead of 1¼ cups of powdered whites, reduce the amount of sugar by 1 tbsp.
