My Advice on Making Lasagna
To make this recipe you need lasagna noodles, parmesan, mozzarella cheese, salt, basil, onions, pepper, garlic powder, zucchini, extra virgin olive oil and egg. Wash and cut the zucchini into medium-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut into large chunks. Wash and chop the basil. Add the chopped basil, zucchini, salt and pepper to the onions. You can also add any other spices you prefer to the mix. Add olive oil to the vegetables and mix. Then add all of the other ingredients except the egg. I suggest using an Italian bread and tomato as a crust. Put them all in the oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. After that bake for 10 more minutes or until the cheese has melted. Break the egg and mix in with the vegetables. Put the crust on top and bake again for 10 minutes. Enjoy your zucchini lasagna.
