Yogurt melts are tasty treats made by mixing yogurt, chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff. They can also be made with marshmallow crème instead of fluff. In order to make yogurt melts, you’ll need to have a kitchen mixer, yogurt, chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla extract. Start by opening your yogurt and scraping the inside of the container to remove any extra liquid. Scoop out enough yogurt for the bowl of your mixer. Add the chocolate chips to your mixer and start mixing with the paddle attachment. Use the slowest speed and only mix the chocolate chips until they are completely broken down and mixed with the yogurt. Add the marshmallow fluff to the bowl and mix again. Now it’s time to add the vanilla extract. Stir the fluff and chocolate in the yogurt until all the chocolate is mixed and the mixture has a nice consistency. When the chocolate is fully mixed, it’s time to dip the marshmallows in the yogurt mixture. After dipping, sprinkle the fluff with a few chocolate chips. When the marshmallows are dipped, they will hold in the yogurt longer and be more of a melted state than the fluff.
