• Ground cayenne, 1/2 tsp
• Whole green chiles, 1 pk
• Ground beef, 1 lb

• Sour cream, 1 cup
• Green onions, chopped
• Lime juice, 1/2 cup
• Salsa, 1/2 cup
• Water, 1 cup
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 425°F
• Roll tortillas into a 9×12-inch baking dish
• Coat the bottom of the dish with 1/2 cup of oil
• Sprinkle flour evenly on the bottom of the dish
• Break up the ground beef into 1-inch pieces
• Season with 1/2 tsp of salt, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper
• Add to the dish and coat with oil
• Bake for 25-30 minutes
• While the beef is cooking, heat 1/2 cup of oil in a pan over medium-high heat
