How to Make Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies with Torilla Chips?
There are two things you need to know in order to make a great homemade chocolate chip cookie. Number one: you have to have the right ratio of chocolate to flour. Two: you need to have soft and moist chocolate. So, you need a chocolate that has been tempered. But how do you temper chocolate? To temper a chocolate, you need two pieces of chocolate, one that’s a bit more “soft” than the other. You melt the soft chocolate and then you add it to the tempered chocolate. The goal is to bring the chocolate to the right temperature so that it is neither too soft or too hard.
What is Torilla?
Torilla is a low-sugar, high-fiber snack, made by combining chickpea flour, sesame seeds, and sunflower oil. Because it’s made with healthy ingredients, it’s a great option for people who need to watch their sugar intake. Plus, it’s low in calories and high in fiber. It’s also a convenient option because it can be kept in the refrigerator and taken out whenever you want. The best thing about torilla chips is that they’re easy to prepare. Just combine chickpea flour, sesame seeds, and oil in a food processor. To give them a nice texture, you can add water. Place the mixture in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
The Ingredients
1 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of cold butter
1 cup of milk
2 egg yolks
The Preparation
You will need: 1) Mixture of 3 parts of flour, 1 part of salt, 1 part of sugar, 1 part of oil (garlic is an option). 1 part of water. 2) Mix the first three ingredients in a bowl. 1) Oil. 2) Cold water. 3) Boiler. 4) Mixing flour, salt, sugar and oil. 5) Mixing water with oil and the flour, sugar and salt. 6) Heating the mixture in a frying pan. 7) Spread on baking sheets covered with baking paper. 8) Cut into chip shape and bake in a 220ºC for about 10 minutes. 9) Then serve them warm with lime juice.
The Process
This is a super easy recipe! If you want to make your own tortilla chips, you can use a food processor to cut the jalapenos and onion into small pieces. Then, put it all into a food processor along with the cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs and process until everything is finely chopped. That’s it! Now, spread the tortilla chips out onto a baking sheet and bake for a few minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s it! Let the chips cool, then they’re ready to eat!
