1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
8 oz ground turkey
1/2 cup rice
1 cup chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Remove seeds and stem from pepper and then chop pepper in large pieces
Cut onion in half and then remove and discard center root
Remove garlic cloves from the peel and then cut in halves
Mix turkey, rice, garlic, stock, cream, and pepper pieces together
Season with salt and pepper
Stuff pepper and onion with the mixture
Place peppers on a baking sheet and then bake for 15 minutes
Remove peppers from oven and then place them in a baking dish and cover with foil
