How To Make Strawberry Acai Refresher?
Acai is a super food that is high in antioxidants, fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids. It is also a good source of protein and iron. The berries of the acai berry tree are harvested and dried. Then the berries are fermented and pressed into a pulp. This pulp is then combined with other ingredients. The result is a beverage that is low in sugar and high in antioxidants. To make a strawberry acai refresher, you’ll need: 1 1/2 cups of acai pulp Acai pulp 1 cup of strawberries Acai pulp 1 cup of fresh mint Acai pulp 1 cup of fresh lemon juice/juice of one lemon H 20 minutes to make the acai drink. Put the acai pulp, strawberries, mint, lemon juice, and 5 cups of water in the blender. Blend the ingredients for 1-2 minutes. Strain out the pulp and add the acai pulp to the blender. Blend again for another 30 seconds. Strain out the pulp and serve in a glass with ice.
