This is my own recipe, but I’ve noticed that many other people prefer the taste of a saltier sub. If you don’t want to use liquid egg, use crushed fresh eggs instead. In a blender, add mayonnaise, vinegar, pickles, honey, and Tabasco sauce. In a bowl, mix the egg and milk. In a pan, melt butter over medium-high heat and when melted, pour in egg mixture. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until egg is firm. Remove the mixture from heat and spread over the bottom of a sub roll. In a bowl, mix melted butter, cheddar cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Fold the mixture into the bottom of the sub roll. Spread the remaining mayonnaise on top of the cheese mixture. Put the top of the roll back on and bake at 375° F for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve.
