Then, we should slice the beef as thin as possible.

After a few minutes, I flip the steak and cook the other side. I remove the steak from the pan and set it aside. Once the steak is out of the pan, I flip the onions back on the stovetop to re-sauté them. I use a little bit of the olive oil from the skillet and sprinkle some salt on the onions. When the onions are tender, I remove them from the skillet and set them aside, leaving the pan with the remaining olive oil. Next, I flip the steak back on the pan and set it to the side. I will be cooking this in a hot oven for about 3 minutes, so I like to cover the pan with aluminum foil so that it stays warm. After 3 minutes, I remove the aluminum foil and flip the steak. I
